The Tour de Rock cyclists paid a visit to NISS on Monday, Sept. 25th. Over twenty riders cycled to NISS and were welcomed in an assembly in the gym. We were proud to announce that Sandra Boyd, a previous graduate from NISS, was on the cycling team. NISS was the first of many schools to have the honour of meeting the cyclists, who are on some days cycling up to 140 kilometers. The funds raised as a result of the Canadian Cancer Society Cops for Cancer 2017 Tour de Rock go towards cancer research.
